I have a '95 C280 with central locking with a normal key. I unlocked the driver's door this morning, but only the driver's door unlocked. I had to put something in the back seat and opened it manually. I then got in the car and it wouldn't start. The central locking button in the interior also would not work. Did this fault in the locking mechanism keep the car from starting? I tried locking and unlocking again, but the key only unlocked the driver's door again, and again, the car wouldn't turn over. Any ideas? Please help!
