Hey Matt What's up?
I finaly got #3 down. Sushi Yama is emptying fryer into 5 gallon pails for me, and calling me to pick 'em up. Found out from cook that they have 2 fryers, one for meats, and one for just veggies.....Some places may have 2 seperate if they're sensitive to vegetarians.....You just gotta ask....
Not many will have the warm weather for dewatering in the sun.....I know we haven't in a couple of weeks. Any other suggestions?
