Steve or anyone else who is familiar with bumper mountings:

Lately I have noticed that my front bumper is loose. I think it might have come from the time I hit the bump and cracked my oil pan. I can push on the front of the bumper and it will move in slightly. And on either end (see pic below), I can pull the bumper out about 2/3 of an inch.
My questions is, is there a way to tighten this? How can I check? I want to make sure that everything is the way it should be, and correct it if need be, which it does. Where do I start?

I am pulling the bumper out in the pic, you can't really tell, but it's loose! And from that bump I hit my undercarriage has a huge scrape/hole in it and other panels under there are cracked and the bottom of the bumper is really scratched, leading me to think it loosened the bumper.
