Consider the torque reaction of the engine.
With the passenger side mount missing the bottom bolt, this allows the engine to lift from the mount.
As this rotational force reacts upon components held fast between the engine and the frame, damage could occur to these items.
Invision this condition and move accordingly.
As suggested, the rear transmission mount would experience unusual stress and should be renewed as well.
