Temp sensor was easy, once you get the bumper off just slide it out. It's not really needed to remove the bumper, unless you want to move the bumper away from the car.
Anyway, I took pictures of the bumper removal. The guide rails are just fine... both on the bumper and the ones on the car. So now I don't know why it's loose! Later tonight when I go out I'll compare with another C-class and see if they are all a little loose.

My bumper is original. The date is stamped onto it and the VIN is still on it, but it definitly has been repainted, a real *****ty job of it too. I took some close up pix of the paint, what a joke!
