Step 1, install electric air compressor + small air tank in trunk, step 2, run pressure hose to engine compartment, step 3, install large deep horn of choice, step 4, install solenoid + switch/wires to control it for horn acutation. Final result: LOUD(er) horn.

Then again you could always just locate an electric "MB Fanfare" horn that was used in the euro MB's (its different from the ones on our diesels etc...) My friend's mom's euro 280te had one. It made you LEAP! Gah! Sounded LOUD and HORRIFYING.
