@Ralph: I'm using 0W40 Mobil 1 full synthetic so the oil should be good.

Thanks for the input. I'll give the local MB dealership a call to see how much the list on a battery is. I'll also check a local auto store or walmart (unfortunately Madison doesn't have any Autozone's)

Any batteries to avoid?
