How about just in the summer that sounds easier!!! Do you need seperate tanks if you only run it in the summer?
Not unless you have a good heated two-tank system, even in the summer. Your engine is one of the best to run on WVO, but make sure you purge and don't start it on cold oil. Even in the summer.
