The drains from the air entry bay (between firewall and false firewall) can be blocked. Water will then be accumulated in this bay and trough the mysterious ways of gravity and air ducts end up on the rear passenger side floor.
Remove wipers and cover and see if there is any water in the bay. Clean it out, clean the drains with an piece of wire and a lot of water.
