why? my granparents sent 2 packages with xmas presents in them to my house in central florida from connecituct on monday and they arrived yesturday.

we thought ( p/o ) that the bill of sale will be worthy for registration in place of title.. all they need is the vin i think. but hey its the dmv they dont do crap for anyone

I guess the DMV out your way is full of people hired under affirmative action who did not qualify to get a real job on their own merits at McDonalds....
sort of like the INS field offices I've dealt with in Pittsburgh and Arlington.
