Cost me $150 to register my truck, and plate it...
Only had a (incomplete) bill of sale, po NEVER registered it, and didnt have a title... also illegal as all can be (bad brakes, backfiring engine... I think i got a pic still...)
Anyways you can do alot at the DMV, just keep what I said in mind...
