The front seats on my '86 560 SEL are showing their age. There are cracks in the leather on both sides and the drivers side lumbar panel has a hole. I got a quote of $500 from a local shop to fix. This would include new leather and any spring/padding needed underneath, plus they will dye the leather to match the back seat color because of the age difference between the old and new leather. I have seen other work this shop had done and it has all been top quality. Does $500 seem like a fair price?
