Even if I put the hand brake down.......nothing.

The right rear wheel is seized or clamped hard.

I didn't drive the car for 2 days since I did the Meguiers 3 step and cleaned out the throttle body and intake plenum (intakesnake tool is AMAZING)

What the F_U_C_K should I do???

Please help I've got plans for a cruise this weekend!!!!
