Good luck ever finding instructions on how to rebuild the pump that aren't copyrighted.

Bosch (of Germany) is VERY VERY protective of all its documentation and only authorized service centers usually have the books on how to fix/adjust the pump.

I worked for quite some time and the only thing I could pry out of the injection pump shop was a parts layout diagram...no names or anything though...

Every one of their documents says something along the lines of "not to be copied for 3rd party distribution" or something like that.

GOod luck but honestly unless you are familar with servicing injection pumps, I wouldn't try doing this one yourself. Why do you think it needs to be rebuilt?
