Heh the only problem with the peltier coolers is that you STILL need something on the other side to radiate the heat effectivel off of.

I imagine the CA air filter is very compareable but the exhaust/turbo I think are more restrictive due to there just physically being more bends/places for stuff to go.

Atleast there is no longer anywhere to bolt a EGR on my car
