Front Air Dam Replacement '97 W210

I recently got in a fight with some sheet metal on the highway. (It looked like soime duct work that may have flown out of a pick up). It sliced my front air dam up a bit by the driver's side front wheel.

On the '97s it looks like the air dam is in 2 pieces with the lower piece painted black and the upper part color coded to the car.

Anyone ever replace the lower portion of the air dam? I'm wondering if you can just replace the lower part. I've been looking for the part and can't seem to find just the lower part.

Any thoughts on the price of the part? How about labor? It shouldn't be that bad since it doesn't appear to need painting.

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
