I brought home a new to me car this weekend and could not believe
how hard the throttle was. My leg was sore after the 100 mile trip.

Started by disconnecting the pedal and then connecting each ball
in the linkage. That is when I realized exactly what you all are saying.
The linkage was really dry, even rusted a little.

I used motorcycle chain lube because it sprays on, but goes dry.

Maybe I'll try the grease though, I like that idea.
