Have you tried a good, old-fashioned Italian Tune-Up? No ethnic slur intended -- that's just what the procedure is called, from my vast (or at least half-vast) research on this and other lists. My friends with diesels routinely take them out to a hilly area and have them spend as much time at "WOT" (wide-open throttle), pulling up a long, steep hill, as possible, which seems to do a fine job of cleaning the carbon out of the prechambers. To work, really has to be an extended (i.e., several minute) run, not just the typical 10-second flooring the pedal to pass someone while going up a small hill routine. Obviously, works best if you live in an area with some serious hills . . .
