Bearing or brake grabbing.....jack the car up and spin the wheel. Is the brake grabbing? Is there a lot of noise at the bearing?
Grab the top and bottom of the tire, try to rock it in and out. Is there a lot of play?
Grab it on both sides, try to rock it again. Is there a lot of play?
Report back with results.

Could very possibly be tire inflation or balancing. That can easily be tested at a tire shop.
