It doesn't surprise me that it runs on Win2k since it is based off of NT 4.0 which supports the CD.
explore the cd, then find the programs folder, open the programs folder, then find the internet explore icon called avick, double click it and it should open the main menu, you may have to allow blocked content if you are using xp service pack 2. you could also do a search on the cd using avick as your search criteria.
