One of my nightmears well other then smacking a dear is getting smacked by someone without a license.
I can just imagin it now I am cruising in my freshly painted SDL and some pos Honda smacks me. Driver gets out oh sorry no license and insurace.
Well other then then the satisfaction I will get out of punishing them to the full extent of the law what else can I do? I'd sue them if they had anything worth me taking but chances are they are broke, so that would be a waste of time.
Don't drive without a licnese and insurance, because if you hit me you will be hurting.
