I'm back to liking the gauge idea. I think its a must if you are going to experiment with working out the tranny. I found this B&M one that comes with unit that Ts into line. Now, what is that operating range on an W123 81 300D tranny? Unfortuneately the Service manual CDS from dealer dont have transmission data
