Odd...

That's an odd one. Is it the daytime headlight? Or happening at night too?
The only thing I can come up with is the daytime headlight turning off because it's too bright and right on top of the blinker. i.e. On-coming drivers can't see the blinker during the day. But, I think I'm reaching for that one.

Call the dodge house and ask them about it.

Sounds like a soon to be recall to me.
