Prenuptial agreements...they are getting more and more popular nowadays...define clearly how "money" is dealt with if in the case of divorce with/without children...from what I see, in today's world, both parties don't have problems signing it and working out a logical arrangement before marriage, since it is very common for both men and women to have successful fulltime jobs and they want to protect their own assets...before, prenup's appeared to be an easy way for a "playboy" to brush aside his play thing for a new one without having to deal with all the entanglements of divorce...I guess it is different now...

I just want to add, if you are choosing a wife without using your head and just relying on your loins, and then NOT sign a prenup, then you DESERVE to get yourself milked dry...poor Donald Trump learned that lesson the hard way...
