I'm working on a resolution myself right now.

Bought five items from one seller. They are all used items ("surplus"). The shipping charges were more than the cost of the items.

One item, a set of metric sockets, 3/4" drive:

Seller ships a set of USS sockets, 3/4" drive.


Second item, a 12V winch, used but in "good operating condition".

Item has been thoroughly trashed. The spool release breaks off in my hand, the very first time I attempt to release the spool.

Seller ignores all e-mail.

Dispute initiated with Paypal.

Simultaneous disupute initiated with American Express.

We'll see what happens.
