My question is this.

The seller in the auction title says that they are the "Originals" and NOT copies...

Turns out they are not only copies, but BAD copies. The seller is willing to take them back but only if I ship them back to him at my expense. HE is the one who lied and said they were originals (a blind Smurf could see they are copies and totally have ZERO value).

Is disputing this transaction the same as it is with other transactions where you don't get what you ordered?

How's it work in this case?

Thanks for reading,

Pete
Copies of what? But anyway, for false advertisement of products, you can definitely file a complaint with ebay and paypal to get ur money back. I'm pretty sure they will side with you on this.
