Point #1: The car does have heavy damage on the rear end.

Point #2: The van does have the engine hood bent, as you can see by the crack where it would normally be closed tight.

Point #3: What benefit would you get by damaging your van also, just to think up a story like this?

Point #4: The car certainly looks like it was going fast than a "roll".

Point #5: There are no skid marks from the van's tires, leading me to believe it hasn't moved much, especially with a garage behind it.

Point #6: I'm thinking the structural strength of the car's trunk is less than the force needed to move the weight of the van.


My conclusion?: They backed up into the van.
