Being that you have such attention to detail, I would suggest you cut your losses and buy new ones. I had a set of awesome w126 bosch used, with wipers motors, but I sold them for 300 dollars.

By the time you get the new reflectors, plastic, etc, your lenses will look bad, and your housings will be 20 years old.

Just get some new ones and call it good.

Try puma-access.com, PAUL, and see what he can offer you. If that option is exhausted, email me. I think that performance products might have offered them a few years ago as well (being a headlight set).
