I think much of what happens in the land of fruits and nuts is misguided and flat out wrong. I don't like advertising to everyone ( police and thieves) via stickers and big tachs what is in it.
My honda for example is a real sleeper...150mph speedo and 9,500 rpm tack IN the cluster, not on top the dash...serious power and handles like a dream. And it passes Emissions. and thats no small thing in VA, since we have a dynomemeter load based emissions test. I do believe in keeping the car running well, but Kali goes overboard on their regulations. Its what comes out the tailpipe that matters not some damn CARB sticker on a part.
