No truer statement has been made. I bought my iceboat (which is a converted landsailer) from a man who used to manage an airport in Wyoming, who actually had two of them for sailing on the airport runways. This says a lot about Wyoming. If your mind turns to landsailing, it must be really windy. And if your main thought as an airport manager is, 'What can I use this large expanse of concrete for?" there's not a lot of traffic at the airport.
