Hey Vox,
I wouldn't worry about the cam markings too much. My cam marking don't match up either. I think I have a code #11 or something. After searching and a lot of asking around I was able to dig up absolutely nothing on that code.

Just use the engine number and year of vehicle and you'll be fine. That cam will have the same specifications of the ones that are listed.
