A couple of ways:
With Internet Explorer, you can send yourself the page as an email, either as a link or as the complete page.
or
in the page you want to save, highlight the text you want (or right - click the mouse in the text and choose 'select all', which will highlight everything). Then right-click again, (or press Cntrl C) and choose copy. Open a utility like Notepad or your word processer program, and paste it into notepad or your word processor and save it as a text file under whzatever name seems appropriate.
or
print the page and save as hard copy.
Hope this helps.
