Belt tensioner? Usually a screech is the belt and not the pump, could be the pump though.

-Belt
-Belt tensioner
-Pump Itself

The mounts engine mounts themselves are fluid filled, is that what you mean for the oil leaking from it? Its a common failure, simply buy a new mount. Click "buy parts" at the top of this page and select your model, or you can call phil with the phone number on that page. Putting it in is probably not a pleasant experience though....
