Both from a now-gone 300D parts car, I drove it home in December w/ 180k miles on it. Shifted and ran fine at the time. The trans has the round connector for the interlock/reverse light connection, I can send you a picture if you want - I will go out and look at it for a part # if necessary.

I also have a California intake+exhaust manifold + turbo, (from an 85 300TD wagon) I don't know why you'd want one, but its going to the junkyard shortly, so speak up if you do... Just seemed too good to throw out.

Also I think there's a valve cover out there too.

Everything is in my garage outside of New Haven, CT and I'm moving, so it needs to go ASAP.
