The clutch is replaced with the compressor off the car. It is held by snap rings that cant be accessed on the car due to it's location not to mention the wiring and associated connector will be a huge pain trying to disassemble and reassemble on the car.. Radiator doesn't have to come out. After recovering your refigerant the compressor will unbolt and come out thru the bottom. As long as your have evac and recharge equipment you only need 6mm allen, metric sockets and snap ring pliers. Two or three jaw pullers can be helpful if the bearing assembly is stubborn coming off of the compressor. As for tips, don't misplace the tiny spacers that set the gap for the clutch.
