It's amazing how many things there are to do a task.
There are meters and there are meters.
To adjust the idle speed, mixrture settings and to see the O2 sensor duty cycle, I reference the W124030 Engine Shop Manual and use a DWELL METER.
The one I have is a Radio Shack unit, CHEAP.
But if I had it to do over, and I needed a new VOM, it would be the Sears unit.
