Pry on the A frame bushings with a large pry bar type screwdriver. Ant excessive play will be evident. Examine the bushings for obviuos wear cracking or the rubber being collapsed. Support the a frame and try to see if there is any movement at the ball joint between the steering knuckle and a frame. If any thing is questionable the alignment technician may tell you what parts to replace before the alignment is done. Then you can decide if you will replace the parts or have the tech do it. That is what I have done.
