92 190E 2.6 Fan Clutch Pulley

Hi,
I had posted earlier this week regarding a scraping/rubbing noise coming from the belts/front engine area. I used a stethoscope and probed the waterpump, compressor, power steering pump etc.. But couldn't tell really for sure. This morning I tried to locate the noise once again and noticed that the fan clutch pulley was not spinning/rotating in straight circles like it is supposed to. It was kind of weaving. The other pulleys were rotating in straight circles. The scraping noise appears to be coming from this pulley because it is forcing the belt to scrape due to the weave in the rotation. Has anyone experienced this before. Is it easy to replace the fan clutch pulley ???? Please advise.
Thanks
regards,
