while messing with fuse box, I bet you jarred some of the vaccum lines around/off. Go back and check all the vaccum connections and be sure they are plugged in and snug in their connections. The switch is tied to the vaccum system and that is tied to the fuel cut-off...simple explaination. Go check your simple stuff!
