I installed it.. BUT ALL IT DOES IS MAKE CLICKING SOUNDS
my car is a 87 260e and the plugs were different..
the round connector had 3 wires.. green blue and yellow
the rectangular connector had 2 wires.. red-white and brown

i cut the green wire on the plug and connected my system's green wire to the end attached to the plug.. and i connected the grey wire to the end running back to the doors...

and then for the rectangular plug.. i connected the black to the brown on the plug and the red wire with a fuse to the red-white on the plug..

i tested it.. and nothing happens.. the system just CLICKS and does nothing

also i set the jumper to 4 seconds as well..
CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?

also i looked thru the german manual and it says that...

green is open..
blue is close..

does that mean that i am using the wrong wire? is the blue one the wire to use instead of the grey?
