sixto: they have that bowl on the top of the piston so you arn't shooting your fuel directing into the pistion and so you can have large squish areas to create turbulance to aid combustion.
97dieseldriver: Have you even seen a closed deck aluminum block? I am trying to think, but can't recall one. It's funny that they went with aluminum while Jag is is using CGI. Seems like two completely different directions...
I doubt that they will have as many problems with soot with low sulfer diesel.
