Auto transmission. The softening I was reffering to was the tranny mount when soaked with oil from the leaking valve cover gasket. Jumping out of gear maybe isnt the correct way of discribing it. Cruising in top gear, the rpm's rise. When you press the gas, you will find that its in 3rd gear.
My problem is probably not related to the oil leak,but would appreciate and suggestions of what the issue could be
