Check the Coil to see how hot it is when it stalls, if hot, hot to the touch then the coil is heading south on you. Also check the crank sensor line on the Ignition Module, when they start to go bad and the resistance gets to the edge of its limit then heat is added due to warm engine then they go out of spec and the engine will not run til they cool enough to be back in range.
