Has anyone seen this happen before? I wonder why a bolt in the timing gear would back out into the vacuum pump. This SEEMS to be the reason for all the damage (see photos). I have researched all maintenance records since new. The vacuum pump was replaced, but there is no indication that the plate attached to the timing gear was replaced.
