I did it a few weeks ago in N ga. when a guy in a Saab refused to move. He stared at me the whole time I was on his tail in the rearview. When I passed him on the left shoulder(wide) and he caught a few gravel, tire and animal carcass he got over.

God, I know that is so stupid but it just pisses me off!
