Take it to an independant for the diagnosis of this. The dealership would love another shot-in-the-dark repair try at this point. It's a relatively easy diagnosis, involving coolant testing, oil testing and coolant pressure leakdown testing. You can look for evidence at the back of the engine on the exhaust side. Is there traces of oil at the head/block joint?
