I've been running straight into the tank and the Benz runs WAY smoother on the mixture than on straight diesel/biodiesel... I do add a little Cetane Boost to help clean up the injectors, but that's it. I'm planning to add a GreaseCar WVO conversion ASAP because I have one on my 2001 VW Beetle and it runs like a top on 100% heated/filtered WVO... Any thoughts/advice, especially about the rough idle?

P.S. I love these forums - TONS of great info, years of experienced MB drivers, and LOTS of very amusing characters!! Keep it up fellas!!
My advice is to add some quick electric heat exchange to the greasecar kit. Because while the greasecar kit is fine and all, its not perfect but some better heating can perfect it.
From what ive seen and read on the greasecar forum is that the GC kit only heats in the veggie tank via coolent. Well just heating with coolent isnt enough to get it to 170F (which is the temp the wvo should be) so i would add a vegtherm or build a glowplug heater to get it to 170+.
If you build a glowplug heater it would get the temp up to 170F in just 2 mins!

They are pretty cheap to make, about $60
