Where to buy brake parts?

Just got some more info from the shop on my car - front pads are worn to the nubs, rear pads have "less than 5% left" and it looks like that's not the first time because all of the rotors need to be replaced (we'll see for sure when I look at them myself). When the mechanic got back from test driving her, he told the receiptionist "Man, that car is scary!" haha!

So here's what I need:
*Master cylinder (can I rebuild mine?)
*Brake lines, hopefully in a kit
*Four rotors
*All new brake pads
*Replacement wheel bearings (apparently only two "need" replacement)

Other than that, fairly good news!
*The transmission shifts fine after they drained some really gunky stuff out.
*Compression on all cylinders is between 300 and 350psi
*Valves adjusted perfectly and she runs great
*Three nozzles need to be replaced or rebuilt (1, 4 and 5)
*Tie rod ends are worn and some ball joints have a lot of play
*Shocks are shot
*Exhaust is rusted out, mounts are missing/broken
*Oil pan hit a rock and was shoved back into the tranny, but they think they fixed that w/ a hammer
*Spring in the ignition switch is shot

I think I may have them replace the ignition switch, but we'll see after the quote. Other than that, I'm going to be doing it all myself.

Any pointers on where to start?
