yes there is a 2 old radios that have cd changer controls the old one also needs a mercedes factory traslator to work i believe that is a lot of work
now the mercedes radio from a 1994 and up comes with WB and cd changer control they work with the bose amplifier and you only need a cable for the cd changer they also control any alpine m-buss cd changer
