There are 2 10mm bolts on either end of the metal piece that runs along the bottom of the glass (I'm assuming you have a 123). It is easiest to get at them if the window is about 3/4 down. Look up in there with a flashlight and try to get to the bolts. Once you free the glass you can manually raise it to the top and tape it in place (use some good duct tape). That will allow you to begin taking out the regulator. It's not bad - I swapped all 4 power regulators for manuals this spring.

Don't forget to replace your plastic vapor barrier - mine were all present but were in such bad shape and thin that I bought some heavier plastic and cut it to fit. A can of 3M spray trim adhesive and your good to go.
